Milton Adams is a rising football coach and former All-State linebacker from Milledgeville, Georgia. A standout at Baldwin High School, Adams earned All-State honors while establishing himself as one of the top defensive players in the region.

Adams continued his playing career as a defensive back at Mississippi Valley State University (2019–2022) before finishing at Shorter University (2022–2023), where he earned his degree in Business Management in 2023. He was also part of a championship program at Miles College, contributing to an SIAC Championship team that finished the 2024 season ranked No. 22 in NCAA Division II. 

Following his collegiate career, Adams quickly transitioned into coaching, beginning at Baldwin High School where he coached defensive backs and developed young talent at his alma mater. His success at the high school level led to an opportunity at Highland Community College, where he served as Defensive Backs Coach starting in July 2025. 

At Highland, Adams led one of the most productive secondaries in the KJCCC, finishing 4th in the conference in interceptions. His defensive unit recorded 12 interceptions, 25 pass breakups, and produced an All-Conference defensive back. The group also totaled 200 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, 5 forced fumbles, 5 fumble recoveries, a pick-six, and multiple defensive touchdowns. Adams also gained coordinator experience, serving as Interim Defensive Coordinator in key matchups against Hutchinson and Iowa Western.

In March of his second year in coaching, Adams was hired at Independence Community College as Wide Receivers Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, showcasing his versatility and rapid rise in the profession. Known for his energy, player development, and ability to connect with athletes, Adams brings a defensive background to offensive skill development while playing a key role in recruiting and program building.
